Local Bookshops

The Bookmark

34 High St, Grantown-on-Spey PH26 3EH, UK – 01479 873433

We stopped in for a map and a book, and I'm so glad we did! While the book selection was superb, the owner was, if anything, even better. Friendly, informative, knowledgeable, and helpful, we left not only with our purchases but also with very happy smiles on our faces and good recommendations for local walks, which were spot-on. I will very much look forward to returning, and to returning the favour of exemplary service by highly recommending to others.

I love this shop!! A little gold mine for book lovers. Exceedingly friendly owner who is bursting with knowledge. Definitely worth a visit.

High St Merchants

74 High St, Grantown-on-Spey PH26 3EL, UK – 01479 872246

Lovely homely spot with great dinner options on Friday and Saturday nights. We had burgers with a Bakewell slice for dessert. They serve beer brewed out back (two thirsty men) - both options on tap were delicious. The staff give a great welcome too

Inviting atmosphere, great food and great service... will recommend to e everyone

Craggan Outdoors

Craggan Golf Course, Grantown-on-Spey PH26 3NT, UK – 01479 873283

Second time at Craggan Outdoors, both for a weekend Stag Do, brilliant time both times, fun activities with a great bunch of staff who know their stuff and how to make it a great experience. Anna, our guide and mentor was nothing short of brilliant. BTW the burgers aren't half bad.

We went down to Craggan Outdoors as a Football Team to play Foot Golf. This was great fun, the course was picturesque and challenging and had the whole team smiling and laughing the whole way round. Price was very reasonable at £15pp for 18 holes. There was also a 9 hole option. Great facilities, lisenced cafe area with good selection of food and drink. The manager Keith was very friendly and great communication whilst dealing with our booking. We will be back :)
